Interview with Chris Mansfield (aka Fences) →
I always seem to interview people when they’re walking around malls/stores. Chris was in an H&M when I called him. I’ve never been in an H&M, but for some reason I keep thinking they’re really expensive.
None of that has anything to do with the interview, but his album is really good.
Handle With Care
A counselor brought two children into the office. Both were generally good kids who never got into trouble. The counselor looked stern.
“What happened?” I asked. I was the only one in the office.

Yesterday—done up in my large ugly bridge worker coat and gloves—I canvased the neighborhood with flyers for an upcoming event at the museum. I was met with positive responses from the local businesses and churches. They all let me tape a flyer to their door or window.
